1) Cut lime in half and squeeze juice over Alaska Salmon fillets/steaks.
2) Blend cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper and cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over salmon.
3) Broil salmon about 4-5 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
