1) Drain and flake salmon.
2) Set aside. Saute onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons margarine for 5 - 10 minutes, or until tender.
3) Stir in flaked salmon, 1 cup cracker crumbs, milk, corn, eggs, cheese and pepper.
4) Turn into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
5) Melt remaining margarine; toss with remaining cracker crumbs.
6) Sprinkle over casserole.
7) Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

-1 can (7 1/2 oz.) Alaska salmon
-1/2 cup chopped onions

-1 can (16 or 17 oz.) cream-style corn
-2 eggs, slightly beaten
-1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
