1) Combine all ingredients except poached halibut; mix well.
2) Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
3) Serve with hot or cold poached halibut steaks.

-1/3 cup cooked Alaska pink shrimp, thawed if necessary
-1 tbsp. mayonnaise
