Alaskan Side Stripe Shrimp

Each bag is approximately 1 lb.
 
Side-stripe shrimp have a sweet flavor and firm texture. They are smaller than spot shrimp but are sweeter.
 
Our Alaskan side-stripe shrimp are not vacuum-sealed but instead glazed and sold in an air-filled bag. This is similar to how you would buy it in the store. We do this as side-stripe shrimp have spiny bits that puncture the vacuum bags.
 
All our sidestripe shrimp come from Alaskan waters.
