Alaskan King Crab

World-famous Alaskan King Crab! Rich and delicious, this crab can't be beaten.
 
This is Red King Crab, the standard for Alaskan King Crab. Other types of king crab are Blue and Brown (aka Golden). King crab is very moist and succulent, with a nice sweet flavor.
 
Our king crab is pre-cooked. All you need to do is reheat and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce (or just by itself)! Like with most shellfish, I follow the simpler-is-better approach. I like to let the flavors of the crab shine through. If I'm going to make a dip or add crab to a salad or chowder, I prefer to use our Alaskan Dungeness Crab.
 
Most of our crab legs are about 12 inches long and weigh about 0.5 pounds.
