Alaska Snow Crab With Diablo Butter

ALASKA SNOW CRAB WITH DIABLO BUTTER

½ cup butter
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
4-6 drops hot pepper sauce
4 Alaska Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary

Place butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High power, 1 minute, until melted. Stir in mustard and hot pepper sauce to taste. Place Alaska Snow Crab in single layer in microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High power 4-5 minutes, until heated through. Serve with Diablo butter for dipping. Makes 4 servings.
